Since 2008 I have been passionate about discovering ways to create wealth like the wealthy.  I knew that I was missing out on something because I was working over 40 hours a week and not getting anywhere but burned out as a healthcare professional.

When starting to speak with financial “professionals”, they really made it seem exceedingly difficult to be able to create wealth unless you used their expensive financial services.  The fancy terminology they would use and the picture they painted of how overwhelming and time consuming it was to “beat the market”, made it sounds impossible to manage your money by yourself.

Over the years I have learned that 96% of financial “professionals” cannot “beat the market” and for those true money managers who can, their expenses are only affordable by those who are already wealthy. I knew there had to be a better way for me, the average overworked professional, to personally manage my income so my money could start working for me as hard as I was working for my money.

In the past I tried the cookie cutter 401(k) with the money matched by my employers and after about 5 years of only losing money, I took the loss and pulled out of my 401(k) mutual funds. What I have sense learned is that mutual funds are designed to make Wall Street and the brokers a lot of money, not the individual, hardworking, investors looking to create a retirement income.

What I have discovered since 2008 I have narrowed down to 5 key principles that must be mastered to grow your wealth like the wealthy.

Mindset – you must make up your mind to grow your wealth by changing your thinking and your habits. Decide today that you are going to make the rest of your years the best of your years.

Debt Payment Strategy – discover how you can manage your money like a professional without having to pay for hidden expenses most people do not know about. You can take complete control of your personal finances and it’s not as hard as the “professionals” want you to think.

Grow Your Money – save and invest.  Use your newly found increased monthly cashflow to pay off debt faster while also saving so you can take advantage of opportunities that will start to come into your life. There are countless ways to use your money to grow your wealth, but you must have the discipline and money to get started.
