    What is Living Tantra?

    What is Living Tantra?

Therapy, yoga, and shamanism are all healing modalities that offer tools and practices more anchored in the masculine energy.  Whilst the tradition of Tantra offers elements of these other modalities, it differs in that it’s approach to healing is to balance masculine energy with feminine energy. This holistic approach brings aliveness to descending into the human experience to birth an embodied awakening.

In this podcast, from the May 2021 Bali Living Tantra Retreat, Chantelle Raven talks about
Similarities and key differences of therapy, yoga, shamanism, and Tantra How to dive into the human experience and descend into the body to transcend the body.Tantric practices which balance masculine consciousness with feminine aliveness What it means to ‘live Tantra’. Check out Raven’s online library of Tantric courses: www.embodiedawakeningacademy.com, or sign up for our newsletter for Tantric tools and tips.

    Ecstatic Pain, Ecstatic Pleasure

    Ecstatic Pain, Ecstatic Pleasure

Pain and pleasure are part of the flow of life. It's part of this reality, part of this life. Is suffering unavoidable? Yes! Suffering is not created by pain or lack of pleasure; it is created by our resistance to pain and attachment to pleasure. When we truly allow ourselves to feel everything and open in surrender, we find universal Source energy, love, acceptance, peace, and even ecstasy. The good, the bad, the ugly: it is all meant to be felt. Therein lies our power.
How do we untangle our resistance and surrender to the flow of life? How do we open to this universal Source energy and reclaim our power?

    Spiritual Perfectionism vs Maturity

    Spiritual Perfectionism vs Maturity

The difference between spiritual perfectionism and spiritual maturity is a letting go of attachment to "having it all together" and being perfectly happy, and an understanding that "darker emotions" (anger, fear, sadness) aren’t bad but are a part of the human experience to be embraced.
Through daily practice, emotional continence is possible, where you can hold space for yourself and other’s emotional bodies, in all colors of the rainbow, free from judgment, denial, and suppression.
In this podcast, Chantelle Raven shares her personal journey of transitioning from spiritual perfectionism to spiritual maturity. This episode includes:
The common phases and pitfalls of the spiritual pathHow to release attachment to spiritual ideals and move toward spiritual maturityHow to bring consciousness to the primal body, while also remaining embodiedThe development of awareness as a key tool to not get swept up in the emotional or trauma body Check out Raven’s online library of Tantric courses:

    The Three Pillars of Embodiment

    The Three Pillars of Embodiment

People get triggered by each other or situations all the time, but it’s the way we react (or respond) to people and situations when triggers arise that matters.

The key is to stay with the uncomfortable sensations that the trigger brings up, rather than to attack or blame another, run from the situation, or completely shut down and stay silent. To do this requires us staying in our bodies, and giving breath, sound, and movement (the 3 pillars of embodiment) to whatever is arising in those moments.

In this podcast, taken from a live Q&A session with Chantelle Raven, she shares how to:
Start expressing and releasing built-up tension and emotion through the body for healing and resolutionBalance the practice of positivity & affirmations with looking at the underlying negative beliefs that are blocking these affirmations from being a realityUse breath, sound, and movement to clear trapped emotion and make space to live more in the moment, and become fully alive, totally present, and no longer trying to control your human experience

    What is Tantra?

    What is Tantra?

Tantra was introduced 5,000 years ago as a practice of embodied meditation that incorporated touch, sound, awareness, pleasure, intuition, and lovemaking as a healing modality. Tantra is the art of being totally present to whatever arises in life and embracing it all. Living tantra means living an authentic life, where we allow ourselves to be in our bodies, not in our heads, and to surrender to life, not resist it.

In this podcast, Chantelle Raven talks about:
How to meditate TantricallyWhat it means to ignite your true power by being fully authentic Tools to face drama and triggers in everyday life How to engage with life in a way that is connected, engaging and heart-centered

    Inner Marriage

    Inner Marriage

Beautiful and meaningful outer relationships begin by turning inward and meeting all parts of ourselves in an authentic way. This is essentially the journey of Inner Marriage, where we explore and unite our inner masculine and feminine energies into wholeness. By doing so we take the focus away from seeking someone outside ourselves to complete us and make vows to become our own inner soul mate. From here our inner marriage provides the safety and richness from which we can overflow our authentic love and joy into our relationship.

In this episode, Chantelle Raven describes the pathway of inner marriage which:
Explores and unites inner masculine and feminine energiesEmbraces self-love and responsibility to release co-dependencyEmbraces sovereignty, connection, freedom and loveFosters genuine affection and deep intimacyFor an online version of this course, check out Relationship Tantra in Embodied Awakening's online library: www.embodiedawakeningacademy.com, or sign up for our newsletter for free Tantric tools and tips. www.embodiedawakening.academy/newsletter
