Today we’ll get into the 5th Chakra otherwise known as the third eye. This is the first part in a two part series. Here we cover all the basics and believe us the basics are super important. Catherine will tell us why it’s so important to balance the other chakras first. What you need to understand as a spiritual being, your command and autonomy as a spiritual being and why intention is important as you begin to manifest. We’ll also do a simple breathing exercise to clear the third eye and get us ready for our journey.

Today we’ll explore the fifth chakra, the throat. A sky blue chakra, the throat is the manifestation tool of the whole body. We continue our chakra series today with the 4th chakra and arguably the most important, the heart. This is the bridge between body and spirit or as Catherine says the transitional. Everything within our lives is driven by our hearts intentions. It is part of the soul’s journey to experience what will make our hearts break – not in half, but wide open! The lesson here is: What will you do with your pain? Will you use it as an excuse or will you transcend and forgive? The heart is the path of divine love and spiritual consciousness.
