Time = 15:01. Sometimes we feel scattered and pulled in many directions. Sometimes, we interact with others and unknowingly hold onto energy that doesn't belong to us, leaving us feeling anxious, worried, and restless. This meditation will allow us to become aware of energy that doesn't serve us, to let it go, and replenish our energy systems to feel grounded, centered, and protected. We end with heart breaths to lead in gratitude and to open the heart.

This meditation is best done when seated, and wearing headphones. Please do not use meditations while driving or operating machinery.
