Mental* Podcast is a place where men and women come together to discuss mental health, Parenting, and other things affecting young adults. Listen to us as we describe our journey full of laughs and great stories. In our first episode we explain how we got here and our mission going forward. Our segments include, Mental Health, Pop Culture, Conspiracy Theories, Then we end the episode with story time.

Episode 2 begins with our hosts Davon & Kiana discussing how to add an extra curricular activity to your already hectic schedule. At 30 mins Davon does our very first Song breakdown, He breaks down "Where I wanna be" By Donell Jones line by line. At the hour mark Davon is joined by our intern FranCk along side our "walk-on" Ty. We discuss IG Celebrity Lives, MJ Documentary, and other Pop Culture topics. Episode 02 features music by Kid Cudi, Ginuwine, The Weeknd & more.

After months away MP* is Back!! Episode 3 follows Davon Ty & FranCk Nemo into the depths of basketball, does awards and titles matter, and other relationship topics. Davon also tackles tough conversations ahead of race tensions and protests happening currently in America due to the death of George Floyd. Rest in Paradise King.
