Here’s what we can do when we get so tired!!

I used to pray and worry. I realized this is totally useless so now I pray and play, and enjoy the day.

Staying healthy and happy and sexy - is as easy as being authentic, adoring God, living in gratitude, mindful choices, investing in emotions, conserving day to day energy, embracing change and more importantly, establishing connection with our creator.

So we’re not just officemates, ever, we’re friends. Sharing here my reflections from the first session of Dance to De- stress. It feels so so so good to dance and connect! So if you’ve not danced for a while.. do yourself a favor… dance alone..then dance with friends and strengthen the ties!

On my 14th day as a retiree, I realize that we’re led to something deeper and purposeful. As I looked back, the one I’m supposed to enlighten, was the one who sent the message and enlightened me, to make the bold decision. Now that I’ve retired, take the ride with me and let’s explore more exciting roads!
