Navigating the Teenage Dating Years with James McKinney Raising Sinners

    • Föräldraskap

We cannot contain our excitement for you to hear this conversation.  James Mckinney joins us this episode to talk about his new (and first!) book, Navigating the Teenage Dating Years.  We all have thoughts about our own dating paths, and for the most part, don’t want to replicate those with our own kids.  ☺  So, what to do? Go with the culture? Do what everyone else is doing? Tell them to wait until they turn 16 and turn them loose?

James Mckinney is a father of two teenagers and husband of twenty-three years to his wife, Melissa.  He holds a Masters degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University and serves as the Minister of Adults at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Prosper, TX.  His passion is to see marriages flourish and families walk in the reality and truth of God’s word.

This book covers biblical principles for dating! What? The Bible says something about dating? The Bible says something about every aspect of our life and gives us principles to live by.  When we read and study His word, we can apply these godly principles to our lives.  And dating is NO exception! You’ll gain so much insight into the what’s, when’s and how’s of dating as you read and ponder James’ wisdom on this teen rite of passage.
