    In the fifth episode of ‘Nested With NSUT’, we talk to Krishan Kumar Singh (NSIT Batch of 2015). A former managing editor of The Alliance, he worked as a manager at the RBI before finally cracking the Civil Services Examination in 2019, after which he trained as an IPS officer before again clearing the examination in 2020, achieving an All India Rank of 24 and becoming an IAS officer.

    From preparing and clearing two of the most difficult examinations in the country, to switching his career from engineering to finance to finally becoming a civil servant, Krishan Sir has really done it all. Tune in to the episode to take away tips on managing risks when preparing for such examinations and how he successfully managed to keep his calm and confidence even in the face of failure.

She has been published in the Forbes 30 under 30, Asia list 2021, and is the co-founder of E-learning platform Udayy that raised $2.5Mn in their seed round led by Alpha Wave Incubation (AWI), managed by Falcon Edge Capital, and  InfoEdge Ventures. The funding round also saw participation from Better  Capital, Kunal Shah, and other angels.



    Having been the first woman from NSUT to graduate from Stanford GSB with an MBA in 2019, she reflects on her varied experiences and her corporate life at Nomura and managing a family business that preceded it.
