يتجاوز الابتكار بكثير مجرد المنتجات الجديدة. وفقًا لإطار عمل دوبلن الشامل للأنواع العشرة، هناك ثلاث فئات رئيسية للابتكار:

أولاً فئة التكوين وتشمل ابتكارات نموذج الربح والشبكات والهيكل. يتعلق نموذج الربح بكيفية كسب المال، وتغطي الشبكات الشراكات، ويرتبط الهيكل بتصميم المنظمة.

ثانيًا فئة العرض وتشمل ابتكارات أداء المنتج ونظام المنتج والخدمة. ويركز هذا على العروض الأساسية والخدمات التكميلية.

وثالثًا فئة التجربة وتحتوي على ابتكارات القناة والعلامة التجارية وتفاعل العملاء. ويدور هذا حول تجارب العملاء والمستخدمين.

تركز معظم الأعمال على الابتكارات المنتجة. لكن لتحقيق النجاح، هناك حاجة إلى محفظة ابتكار متوازنة عبر الأنواع العشرة. يمكن أن يكون نموذج ربح مبتكر مؤثرًا مثل أي منتج جديد ساخن.

في هذه الحلقة، سنركز على أحد ابتكارات التكوين القوية ولكن المُغفلة غالبًا - ابتكار نموذج الربح. يعيد ابتكار نموذج الربح تخيل كيفية توليد الإيرادات والأرباح بطرق جديدة تنحرف عن المعايير الصناعية.

Innovation is a priority for many organizations who want to grow and develop in the post-recession economies. Companies need a systematic framework so innovation can occur at different levels of the organization

The A to F model is one of the most important frameworks in innovation that offers a full framework on Innovation inside organization where it tries to remove and delete several myths that innovation is mainly restricted to R&D or Design only but a key integeral part of everyone in the organization.

In the Second episode we touch base on what are the Innovation process components and how these components interact with each others and how the A to F model different roles are framed in this process. In this part we discuss more on the role of Activators in initiation the innovation process.
