    Everyone has self limiting beliefs, tough moments, forks in the road, and Mitch Gaylord tells you how he worked through his. Mitch led the U.S. Men's Gymnastics team to a gold medal in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and became the first American gymnast to score a perfect 10 in the Olympics. Mitch also won a silver medal and 2 bronze medals in 1984.

    In this special interview from our vault, Mitch discusses some of his toughest mental struggles that held him back in his career. He talks about the process of working through them, overcoming them, and the proudest moment of his career.
