We are witnessing the beginning of a new stage of intelligent life in our evolutionary cycle; artificial intelligence. Technological advancements are being made in response to people’s increasing reliance on automation. Consequentially, they may be building their own evolutionary successors.

These advancements didn’t happen overnight, and neither will a total A.I. takeover. But where does that leave the people faced with this technology? How did A.I. get here, where is it going, and- most importantly- will it bring human beings along?
