This podcast consists of worship and prayer. Sometimes we are not sure how to approach of The Most High God, it could be due to how we're feeling, what we've done and/or we are not confident enough. Because of these things, we often don't know what to say to God. But, entering into His presence embraces life, liberty and rejuvenation. Give God reverence and let Him know you need Him.

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. Romans 8:26.

Life Through the Spirit Worship and Prayer.
The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. Romans: 8: 6-8.
