Jessica Welcher and Seth Mills are part of a team who lead worship through music at the West Campus of One Life Church. One Life Church has always had a focus on worship through music and other forms of art. In this episode, we talk to one of our leaders of music, Brad Fleming. Brad has been leading at One Life for 10 years and has a lot of experience and passion for this form of worship. We discuss some stories of Brad's initial step into leading music, as well as how he and his teams choose the songs they lead the church through.

We get to discuss some of the background of how she got started in that, why she's still doing it today, and how you can improve your own opportunities to worship.

We talk to Austin Maxheimer from Community One about his own personal passion for this kind of work, but also just the human element of getting to meet people every day and talk about how they can help invest in the neighborhood.
