☮ Happy new year! I'm finally coming back into the swing of things and what better way than to have this first month kicked off with an amazing soul sister who completely brings the love and pushes it out through the ethers to all of us! She is a certified yoga teacher, an artist, and a long time living-the-fullest-life advocate. Her presence is nothing short of a breathe of fresh air and joy filled bliss! If anything is necessary for this year ahead, I think I can speak for all of us, that these qualities in people are ones we should be eager to find and ultimately cultivate within ourselves. Thank you SO MUCH Alyssa for being on the show!!!

At this time, I cannot direct you to her socials as she has successfully left social platforms for a good almost 1-2 years now! However, keep up with me on mine as she soon will be offering classes and I can point you to her there!
