Let us go back to Pentecost

Aside Christmas and Easter, Pentecost is the most important.

Now all three are most important

Christmas (the incarnation) Missions came from God to Man

Easter (the redemption) Man given the ministry of reconciliation

Pentecost (Harvest) The HolySpirit is given for the harvest

And we are still living in the times of the harvest

Pentecost is the end result of whatever happened between Christmas and Easter

Pentecost is the proof that men are truly being saved and delivered from the enemy

Wander why Pentecost is so much attacked?

Have church without the Holy Spirit is fine

Celebrate Christmas and Easter but don’t celebrate Pentecost because it is weird

To help us comprehend the subject we’re going to use a few symbols

Genesis28:10-17
And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. 11And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. 12And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. 13And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; 14And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. 15And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. 16And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. 17And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.

Jacob was running away from
Esau his nemesis
He was looking for shelter, safety and a rediscovery of himself
His sin was the greatest burden he wanted to shake of
So maybe a faraway journey to Padanaram might just do it
What place do you find yourself in right now?
Place- corner, dead-end, not much wiggle room
What journey are you on right now?
Journey of self-discovery
Fulfilment

 God will give you dominion
In your journey
You need Dominion over your environment to stop running away
 Dominion In a strange place

Genesis 22:4
And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.
 Dominion In an unknown and unfamiliar place
Genesis 22:16
16And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.
God will Change your dream to give you Dominion over your obstacles
Jacobs biggest obstacle was his memories of being a cheat
In one encounter God changed it From a nightmare into a revelation
 Dominion over circumstances and enemies
Psalm 66:12
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

Numbers 11:16-17
problem is not a lack of vision but a lack of people.
How?

The vessel attracts the content, the content attracts the Blessing.
When the content is disconnected from the vessel there's no multiplication or blessing
Some people have content, other people have the vessel
Both must connect.

Of the male and female species of man, none has been more attacked than the female
