1. Luke Chadwick - Retiring from professional football, bullied by BBC, mental health, practicing gratitude.
Luke Chadwick is a retired professional footballer who played for Manchester United, West Ham, Stoke, MK Dons and Cambridge United. We talk about his current project of making football fun for kids, how he had to adapt when he retired from football, how he dealt with the emotional turmoil from being in the public spotlight for his appearance and much more.
Luke is an outspoken advocate for mental health and teaching young people to speak about their emotions. He is also a fantastic guy, and it was a blast to interview him.
