A Hotelier with a focus on using technology to drive the guest experience
Starting his career as a Bellmen for a small family run hotel, Jason started his hospitality career as an operator first, working for Best Western, Hampton Inn, Kimpton Hotels, The Houstonian, and then ARRIVE. His passion has always been a focus on the art of hospitality, but quickly was recognized for his skill in technology and transferred to the IT department where he grew those skills. Jason currently resides in Houston, Texas but is a Utahan by birth and a Californian at heart. Being very outgoing, he champions the phrase "He's not your typical IT guy" with pride, making all who encounter him professionally and personally feel welcomed and cared for.

Christopher Henry
Co-Founder and CEO | Majestic Hospitality
Mr. Henry was admitted to the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) in late 2017 as their youngest ever inductee. For the past five years, he has been a member of the Latino Hotel Association’s Board of Directors. Christopher is also an active member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). In response to COVID’s impact on travel/tourism and the nationwide social upheaval in 2020, Christopher co-founded a new association, “NextGen in Lodging,” to engage and promote the ideas of up-and-coming hoteliers to produce an industrial paradigm shift. Mr. Henry served a five-year term on the advisory board of Belmont High School (LAUSD) and is a three-time distinguished guest lecturer at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. On a personal level, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Christopher also frequently advocates for workplace diversity and inclusion.
Christopher studied at the California School of Culinary Arts, American University in London - Richmond Hill, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Hotel and Lodging Management at Johnson & Wales University.

Davonne is the founder and chief hospitality strategist behind The Vonne Group. She is an award-winning hotel consultant, a hotel asset manager with over 14 years of experience in the lodging industry, and a published author.
Her signature system, The Pathway to Hotel Ownership Plan combines strategic partnerships with hotel experts to streamline a successful hotel acquisition process. Through her signature system, she's educated over 3,000 people and has successfully helped turn individuals into hotel owners.
Ms. Reaves serves as an advisory board member for the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality, is an associate member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants, a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a co-founder of NextGen in Lodging.

Malik Washington - CEO of The Blue Digital Agency
Malik Washington has worked in hospitality for 9 years in multiple positions from a server assistant to upper management. After leaving the industry he went on to create his own marketing firm that focuses on helping small businesses gain better brand awareness through creative marketing strategies. The 27 year old also is planning a new venture through his marketing firm that seeks to create a more inclusive culture within hospitality teaming with managers of restaurants to work on expanding communication, creative team building, and other strategies to get restaurants teams on one page.

Lasheeda Perry - Owner and Pastry Chef of Queen of Flavor
Lasheeda Perry is the owner and pastry chef of Queen of Flavor, a
company that specializes in everything from revamping your dessert menu to helping you design and execute your dream dessert, and an array of virtual baking experiences.
Lasheeda has worked at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts Dallas as well as Executive Pastry Chef at two other Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts properties plus Bon Appetit Management Company LinkedIn.
In 2012, she won season two of Food Network Sweet Genius. That same year, several of Perry's desserts landed on Philadelphia food critic Craig LaBan's coveted Four-Bell Finestlist. In 2018, she was a finalist on Food Network Best Baker in America , Season 2. Perry has also co-authored The Matcha Miracle and featured in Toques in Black which is a cookbook that celebrates black 1010 chefs.
