Perspectives...when anyone shares their perspective...it is THEIR reality. You can't change someone's perspective without FIRST seeking to understand their perspective.
To understand does not mean you agree. It means you can see why a person thinks the way they do. You can't have a conversation with someone if you ignore how, what and why the person feel the way they do.
On Perspectives with Mark Bush and Friends, I want to facilitate conversations around current events with individuals who don't necessarily see eye-to-eye on a subject. I want to seek to UNDERSTAND and not RIGHT.
