    Choices in every way play a very important role in choosing the path of life.
    But making a choice is not as easy as pronouncing it.
    There are many factors that influence the choices we make.
    Not only affect but sometimes also create stress.
    Our society has set certain criteria for making choices.

    So what should be the process of making the choice? The so-called correct option. Should we follow the instructions of the society?
    Then what about experience or we can say what about research.
    I firmly believe that if we follow someone or are directed by someone, we can only choose their experience.
    Perhaps this can make us successful in the journey of life.
    But then we can never understand the feelings of the choices made and their consequences and benefits.
    Here are some ideas on how to make a choice:-

    1) Self analysis:- We have lot of time to think about others. eg. Their happiness, opinions, recommendations and the list is so high. What about me?
    It is important to know yourself in order to make choices. Otherwise people do not change their choice if they understand and know themselves.

    2) Peaceful mind:- If we are talking about a calm mind. People will think us crazy. In the era of competition or comparison, a calm mind is just a joke.
    Thousands of attempts to keep oneself calm fail. There is one practice that can help us a little to stay calm.
    That is meditation.

    3) Learning:- The daily activity of learning something new or adding a skill. Not only helps you to increase your creative and knowledge but also makes us young day by day.
    Learning teaches us many ways to know right or wrong. Which develops a sense of making the right choice.

    4) Being open minded- Being judgmental about others makes you narrow minded.
    A conservative mind can never make the right choice.
    Because his field of view will be narrow and conservative.
    Freedom of thought always refers to a mind that is free from discrimination and criticism.
    Give creative guidance to your mind to think independently.
    Throw out the lenses of judgmental lenses that constrict the thought process.

    Last but not least, take responsibility for every action.
    Once we hold ourselves accountable and responsible for everything we do.
    Whether you have made choices under the influence of others.
    Because it was your wish to follow them too.
    Even then you will be responsible.

    You are entitled to feelings of guilt not only with the faults you have committed. Sometimes even if you are not living up to the expectations of others, the environment around you will create a feeling of guilt in you.
    Things do not stop there, you will also get the gift of guilt if you are not living according to the standards set by the society.
    Ironically, the definition of guilt is different in the books of wisdom.
    But this definition has been distorted by different minds of the society.
    Then we raise questions about the stress, frustration and anxiety that worsen mental health and sometimes lead to suicide.
    Many of us, on a daily basis, feel guilty for many activities.
    Half of these guilt feelings are unfounded.
    Like, if you are voicing your opinion in business meetings or team meetings, you will start calculating your mistakes in your opinion
    By comparing with the views of others.
    Because of the fear of being judged by the superior.
    which actually happens.

    Most of the faults that arise in our mind for ourselves are based on our judgmental nature.
    Because we are living in a society of judgmental minds.
    The irony is that we are also part of this judicial thinking.
    I have my own experience on this point. Every time I do whatever I do, like speak to discuss some point, after some time I feel like why am I talking about this topic.
    Because I feel like they are judging me on these points and somehow I want to be good at their judgmental views.

    When someone gave me a lift, I got confused whether to sit in front or behind. The mind starts calculating If I sit in the front does he think I am very candid and modern, if I sit in the back does he think am I her driver.
    If I talk to someone with a smile, will he consider me more frank and modern? If I speak less then will they consider me very proud and arrogant.
    This type of calculation of the mind all the time, what to do and what not to do, creates a feeling of guilt.

    Moreover, the origin of the creation of all these evils is only a judicial society and we are an important part of this society.

It would not be wrong to say that without confidence we cannot get anything desirable. That's why everyone wants to be confident. How to become confident, we have heard this from many mouths.
    By being good listeners, we follow that rule and become confident.
    The irony is that we wear the armor of confidence just to appear confident. This armor protects us not from fear of humiliation but from external humiliation. In short, we convinced the world but not ourselves. It is only a cause of stress, frustration and anxiety when you are not succeeding everywhere. Because the definition of confidence we have taken wrong. Confidence is not about boasting about your qualities, but how much awareness you have about your weakness and strength. Because awareness of your weaknesses helps you examine the limits you set for yourself. At the same time the awareness of true strength helps you to organize yourself and make the right choices.
    Learn to gain confidence from within to handle the pressure of inner turmoil and not just to show it to the world.
