Health and nutrition of parents play a significant role in development of the child. Not just physical development even brain development depends upon the nutrition of mother. Renowned Neurosurgeon Dr.Sunil K Pandya says "During pregnancy neurons can grow at a rate of 250,000 a minute. Brain development is the most sensitive part of human brain. At this stage if mother is deprived of essential vitamins and proteins, or is exposed to alcohol or tobacco, the developing nerve cells suffer irreversible damage.
