Incredibly motivating
Elizabeth goes deeper into WHY we overeat and struggle achieving goals, and gives you tools to work with to improve. She is very much motivating and my #1 podcast to listen to when it comes to changing my behavioral patterns around eating healthy and losing weight - but also goes into toher parts of life with regards to self improvement.
