No self or multiple selves? with Janusz Welin

No self or multiple selves? with Janusz Welin

Is there more than one self? No self? Multiple selves? Sometimes it can get confusing when meditating and observing our thoughts and feelings. Is there an all pervading consciousness that is driving a vehicle of meat and bones? This is an insightful episode where NY-based meditation teacher Janusz Welin talks about the multiple selves model and how we navigate all those seeming 'parts' of ourselves into one, coherent person. If we do, we become happier and healthier. Janusz works together with Shinzen Young regularly and mentors others in the Unified Mindfulness system, working with groups and individuals teaching Unified Mindfulness and modern Theravadan Buddhism.

The 15 foundational guided meditations Janusz talked about can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/czgw9x7syodypt4/AAARrhX9-L7_SbCWe8kgzOcGa?dl=0
