John Brewer is a former U.S. Army Drill Sergeant.  I invited him on to explore his insight into leadership.  He's had multiple successful careers in leadership rolls and was a pleasure to sit down and get to know him better.

Gary Davis has a story that includes going to prison for shooting a man, a double lung transplant, arrested after leaving a gay bar and a few other stories in between.  Hope you enjoy RTE#023!

I have many great memories with Nathan Lowry.  I love his sense of humor and think he is one of the funniest people I know.  We didn't get to deep on any particular subject but we did manage to share a few stories that I hope you enjoy.

This is my sisters.  She is outspoken, loud, has bad manners and extremely stubborn.  More importantly she's witty, charismatic, transparent, hilarious, kind, caring, and more than anything a great sister that I've always been able to depend on when I feel lost.  I am happy to introduce to you my sister, Melissa Carroll.  Our conversation had a few highs and experienced a few stressful lows.  I think this is a good example of how families can communicate and still love each other when we disagree.

The BS that makes sense is Bill Shaw.  He has plenty of hard earned wisdom that's delivered in entertaining and thought provoking stories.  He's recently retired and willing to share some of his thoughts on life.  Bill has quickly became a good friend to me and I am happy he took the time to stop by and share some ideas with us.

Kurt Potter is a friend of mine that I met around the bar.  He is a Captain in the Military with a background in Civics.  He is an example of what it's like to have a family and be in the process of a divorce.  Even though it's hard, he's keeping his head up focusing on self reflection and just trying to be the best version of himself.  I really enjoyed this conversation with Kurt and hope its the first of many.
