This episode Emily and I dive into the events of this past week in Vanderbilt's political arena.  We address the three (more like 2 and a half) campaigns that were running and reflect on the larger campus culture that created the environment for the most contested elections in recent VSG memory.

Why do we love to take personality quizzes?  What is the draw of having someone else tell us about ourselves? On this episode, I explore why we all love to categorize ourselves and what value it brings to our lives.

A lot of conversations have been happening recently regarding the role of Greek Life on a college campus.  Greek Life has undoubtedly enhanced some students' experiences in undergrad, but what about the harm it has caused.  In this bonus episode I work through my feelings about Greek Life as someone who has never been Greek. (No I did not get a bid, I didn't even rush.)

In turbulent times, people often ask "What would the founding fathers think?".  I personally think this question is irrelevant.  It doesn't matter what the founding fathers thought, only what they wrote in what would subsequently become the United States' founding documents.  On this episode, I look at the Declaration of Independence and Constitution to look at what the founding fathers cared enough about to write into law.
