Real estate is one of humanities three core needs, in this episode I point out humanity’s primary needs and secondary needs. 1) Shelter, I discuss why real estate is such a good investment and how it’s built in to the fabric of humanity. 2) Food, I discuss the need for food and how the food business became over saturated because it’s such an integral need. 3) Clothing, I discuss how clothing produces some of the highest amount of billionaires out of many industries. 4) Communication as a secondary need, without our phones we are lost in the 21st century. 5) Transportation, without it, the world as we know it is doomed.
