There is so much shifting and changing at the moment and both Stefania and I discuss how to ride these changing energetic times as we approach 2027. The shift from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix is calling for learning embodiment of living in a way where you stay open and flowing, rather than get tight and scarce or stuffed and stuck.

An episode that anyone with children does not want to miss! It was such a blast to have Amy Ruth come on and jam with me about her lived experience of experimenting with Human Design as a parent.

Amy is such a knowledgable HD player across the board and during our conversation we talk intimately about motherhood and how HD has supported her Projector self in raising her Projector and Manifestor sons with her Generator hubby.

Both of us agree that the awareness this system can bring is such a valuable thing for parents navigating a huge intuitive experience in a crazy time of humanity.
