Their discussion surrounds recent developments for the State of Texas, where Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill that states if Roe v. Wade is ever overturned then abortions would be completely illegal in the State of Texas. This episode was recorded before recent events where it became legal to sue a person who helped a woman get an abortion in the State of Texas, where outrage surrounding the issue enflamed.
