Jamie started Avenue Coffee back in 2020 and opened in April of this year. Through that, she has experienced plenty of hardship but also a huge blessing of support and community.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes Collegiate Representative, Jamie Robertson, joins Matt as they talk about what women's ministry looks like in today's day and age. Jamie shares her heart with how she has been impacted by serving with college kids in the midst of a pandemic and becoming a first-time mom!

Matt is joined by musician Rachel Lee Crawford to talk about the Bible and heart of obedience. Rachel is originally from Florida but has traveled around the US and the world serving in missions as well as going to  worship school. In this week's episode, YWAM missionary Peyton Skur talks with Matt about the heart of missions. A great conversation about Peyton's testimony and challenges he faced while being overseas spreading the gospel, as well as what this new generation of disciple-making means for young believers in 2020. 

This week's conversation is with one of the best voices in all of sports broadcasting, the Voice of the Colorado Buffaloes, Mark Johnson.  We sit down over zoom to talk about his testimony as well as how he has seen Jesus impact the realm of athletics over his 20 years being a broadcaster. It is so important to realize that our world can be impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all areas...even sports where so many people will say faith or religion should stay away from. 

Matt is joined by the frontman and male vocalist from the worship band Run51, Chaz Miles. Miles is a Colorado native from Pueblo who has made a career out of encouraging and inspiring people through the music industry. From his athletic career being cut short due to injury to the last 10 years being in the music business, Miles has grown a following of listeners who are encouraged by his story and his music. In this conversation, Matt and Chaz discuss the trials Miles has gone through as well as the topic of the heart of worship as believers in Christ.
