We can't believe it has been a full year of recording Refresh already! In episode 10, we reflect on some of our favorite conversations from the year, discuss our key takeaways, and spill the tea on what is coming next! As we close out the year and season 1 of Refresh, we leave you with this quote by bell hooks: “What we do is more important than what we say or what we say we believe.”
