As someone who used to be a hamster on the wheel of Self-help, it took me literally decades to realize how much I was actually seeking to FIX my Self, not grow my Self.
On this podcast, I’ll be sharing personal stories on many topics… like the difference between fixing and growing, clarifying what’s my responsibility as a person & parent, navigating grief, investigating how my past experiences influence me on a daily basis, and more.
My intention is to share these stories as a jumping off point for your own introspection and integration.
