The U.S. military says a Russian fighter jet forced down a U.S. Air Force drone over the Black Sea. The White House called Russia’s actions “unsafe, unprofessional and reckless” while Russia’s defense ministry denied its aircraft came into contact with the drone. Retired Lt. Gen.
