Learn Coding from an Informatics Olympiad Winner | Podcast with Dominik Gleich

Learn Coding from an Informatics Olympiad Winner | Podcast with Dominik Gleich

Learn programming the smart way, from an informatics olympiad winner!

Dominik started competitive coding at the age of 10, and won two silver medals at the International Informatics Olympiad (IIO). He was my high school classmate from Croatia, and during his studies in Computer Science at the University of Zagreb, he interned for Google and the hedge fund Jane Street. He just started working on a crypto startup in Zagreb, Croatia.

    ▬ In this video ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
We talk about how to get started with coding and competitive programming. There exist many technical tutorials available for learning how to code, but very few that talk about the really "smart" programming strategies. Next, we talk about his two internships at Google (Zürich and New York), as well as one of the highest paid internships for Jane Street (in London). Lastly, we talk about many fun anecdotes from our times in high school, and all the trouble that I caused 😁
