Expressive arts therapy is an exciting way of working therapeutically. It uses creativity and intuition to help us (and our therapy clients) move from one expressive media to another. This fluidity allows one form to influence another, helping to ‘heighten and intensify our  journey inward’. Using different media in counselling also relieves symptoms of stress and burnout in us as counsellors!
