Living Beyond the Cross, Part 2 – Your Authority in Christ, Staying Hungry for More of God
Christ’s resurrection and victory over death and the grave is the evidence of our victory and ability to live an overcoming life. We have been united in Christ, and it is His resurrection power that gives us the power to always live in victory. His DNA is our DNA! In God‘s Kingdom, you are the apple of His eye, and He gave you the keys to the Kingdom, as well as the keys for you to have all authority. A lack of hunger for God and a lack of hunger for the greater works of God keeps us from doing the miracles that God wants to do through us. We are waiting on God for revival, but God is waiting on us to be revealed in our authority and power to partner with Him in signs, wonders and miracles! Pastor Dawn showed a powerful clip of Comedian Michael Jr. to illustrate how God wants us to pay attention and partner with Him.

Easter Sunday – Living Beyond the Cross
Pastor Dawn shared that her beloved niece, Danielle, had a stroke this week, and went to be with Jesus. But even in her young life, Danielle modeled a rewarding relationship of depending on God through every challenge, and knowing Jesus as her greatest treasure. When you understand who Jesus is, and what He has made available to you, you will find Him in your darkest moments, leading you through to see that He was holding you through all you faced. The key is accepting and receiving Him. God loves you so much that He has allowed Jesus to be found easily when you search for Him. In God’s love is the security everyone is looking for. He is the way to know true peace in your soul.

Palm Sunday
We may not understand the timing of God, but we do know obedience to God‘s unusual requests brings unusual supernatural results. The disciples obeyed Jesus in the unusual request to seemingly steal someone’s donkey and bring it to Jesus. Jesus was fulfilling prophecy and involving His disciples because He was preparing them for the future. God wants us to be willing to obey Him in unusual ways and trust Him for the results for building His Kingdom. There are those that will listen and those that reject, but love is still calling. God is engaging all of His disciples to disciple others by the gifts He has given us, and it’s time for us to know how big is our God, and how big He is on the inside of us!. When we do the unusual things He asks of us He can bring the miraculous! There is a celebration coming in heaven, and all who respond to Him will get to be part of it! In Revelation 7:9-10 we read of “a great multitude of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, WITH PALM BRANCHES in their hands, praising God!

ReESTABLISHING Purpose
Over the last few years, so much has happened and God's people have all been under attack by the evil one, but God is ready to roar back and restore what was lost, stolen, or destroyed. When we are under attack, part of the plan of the enemy is to wear away at our purpose. In Judges 6 and 7 Gideon experienced this too! After being oppressed by invaders, he felt defeated and forsaken, but God had a plan and could see Gideon's purpose even when Gideon could not. Gideon had to realize he was chosen by God for a specific purpose unique to him. Then Gideon had to tear down lies he had believed that kept him from trusting God. After he took a prophetic action and tore down the altar of Baal and the personal lies he had believed simultaneously, Gideon had to lift his eyes up from his circumstances to trust in God. When we realize we are chosen by God, tear down lies, and lift our eyes up from our situations, we are ready to do the last action Gideon took to realize his purpose: command in the wisdom of God. Gideon went from being timid and defeated to commanding fearlessly and having his purpose re-established. God can and will do the same for us when we say "yes" to Him. Healing, restoration, and purpose go hand in hand when we're following Jesus!

Vulnerability Brings Victory, Selflessness Brings Fulfillment
On Valentine’s Day, Elder Eric Taylor encouraged the congregation that loving one another like God loves requires vulnerability, trust and transparency, and he committed to loving the family that meets here at Liberty as God loves them. Today, Elder Eric shared from his heart of how the Lord is working in his life to bring him into the freedom that Christ gives. Eric shared that God has been revealing the subtle lies of the enemy he had been believing for years that were stealing his joy and power and freedom, and causing him to sin. Eric encouraged each person to ask God to show them what lies of the devil they were believing, and to ask God to reveal the truth of God and apply the truth of God’s Word. In God’s Kingdom, vulnerability is victory, transparency is freedom, selflessness brings fulfillment, and humility positions you to be used by God. God is working to bring the whole Body of Christ into being the Bride without spot or wrinkle. When you get out of your comfort zone to be transparent and humbly obey God, you discover God is with you—and there is nothing as wonderful as the transformation and freedom that realization brings!

God’s Love Bubbles
God is reESTABLISHING Love to be the driving force for His people. We are in a new season of God’s Love blowing on us and awakening our capacity to carry His Love forward to others. God is changing you from the inside out to desire more of Him. He is causing you to know who you really are, and more importantly, He is restoring you to feel the Presence of God. God says to increase your faith by being in His presence. As Love increases by being in His Presence, it causes your capacity to believe to increase also. Say to the Lord, “I want all that You have,” and then He will meet with you and store His treasures inside of you, and you will pass them on to other people! God is full of Love and answers, and He wants you to experience His Love so much that His love does not just reside in you, but it bubbles up within you, and overflows out of you to others
