Have you ever started something with one intention and then things take a drastic turn in a different direction?  That was this podcast...my hope is that even though I didn't follow my original plan, I spoke from my heart and this will help someone!

2019 was a HARD year for me...I did a lot of self reflection and focused hard on personal development.  2020 was supposed to be the year of growth, success and change- and in one way it was.
This episode is for you if you find yourself leaning into your inner knowing, your faith and your intuition.
This episode is for you if you feel yourself starting to question your beliefs, ready to discern for yourself what to believe.
This episode is for you if you're ready to step into a new level of trust & respect, one that I believe will truly make a difference.

As a side note, I do not share my specific opinions or beliefs- trust me when I say I have very strong opinions and the time will come for me to share them.  For now- I want to empower you to listen to your intuition, find comfort in your faith- confident in your knowing!

Let's chat hypnosis!  It's been a couple years since I became a certified hypnotherapist and I can't tell you how much I LOVE seeing how much it helps my clients!
It’s slowly becoming a popular mainstream “natural” health & wellness option for many people.
One of the first things I tell people is that I cannot make you bark like a dog or quack like a chicken...I mean duck! 
I also cannot “program” you into doing, believing, or acting in a way that is not for their highest and greatest good.
Hypnosis only works when the person being hypnotized TRULY wants to make a change for him/herself. 
Clients who try to quit smoking because they know it will make their families happy are not going to see the same results as someone who wants to quit because they want to feel healthier and  live longer...which as a bonus will probably make their families happier.  
Hypnosis does NOT work like a light switch.  Clients do not come out of the hypnosis “cured” of a smoking addiction or their sweet tooth.  Hypnosis is a tool that allows me to help you make the changes easier!
Every hypnosis session is customized to my client -it's why my clients are so successful.

After 4 months of distractions  AKA life, I'm back!  My last podcast was titled Rock Bottom.  The beginning of 2021 was one of the hardest times of my professional career.
So much has happened and I'm ready to share!  From opening a new business to manifesting a new job that meant leaving my job of 15 years...a lot has happened!
I'm thankful for the divine intervention of my Spirit Squad (my Spirit Guides, Guardian Angels, God, Universe and Mother Nature) continue to guide me.

How hitting rock bottom can actually be the BEST thing for you!
Welcome to the Shining Souls podcast!
In this episode, I share my 2 most recent rock bottom experiences.  The first in January/February 2019 when I had to have not one but two discectomy's.  
When the universe wants you to learn a lesson, it's best to pay attention and learn it as early as possible.  
But what happens when we ignore the lessons?  What happens when you ignore your calling/passion or direction from the divine? 
Rock bottom...that is what can happen.
My second rock bottom happened late 2020/early 2021.  Ignoring my soul's calling and settling for a shadow career. It was like a slap in the face. Imagine my surprise when as soon as I acknowledged the lesson, things got better and keep getting better and better.
The best is truly yet to come!

Being a parent has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life...it's a constant battle of being so thankful and exhausted.
In this episode of Shining Souls, my rainbow baby who isn't a baby any more joins me to talk about self-esteem, confidence and how to connect to your teenager.
Colin was a shy kid...like REALLY shy.  Jeff and I were both shy...me not so much any more...but we often wonder where the confidence Colin has came from.  It is more than confidence.  He is wise beyond his years and has passion for life.  
When he talks people listen...this was just his first episode -but far from his last!
He is destined for great things- he will change the world!
