"The wound is where the light enters from" ~Rumi.
I will explore the matters of the heart, the human experience and the spiritual journey. Mind, Emotions, Senses, states of consciousness, nothingness and love.

    Where does action/motivation come from?

    Where does action/motivation come from?

We think that what “we think” is our choice; we think that we decide based on logic, our decisions are correct & well thought, but it's not so. Have you observed that even in similar situations our behavior could vary? Why does this happen? This is because the gunas that we have in our body-mind mechanism influence, our mind, our decisions, our emotions, in a big way. With the power of right knowledge, we will bring Clarity, we will see ‘what these gunas are? And how do they operate?’

Rajas guna is simply speaking selfish activity, Tamas guna is inactivity/ lethargy and Satva guna is either un-activity or noble activity. Rajas gunn in a big way is hyperactivity or selfish activity. This particular gunn operates through longing, that triggers a continuous search within us. This becomes the core of Rajas gunn.

However, to transcend the influence of gunas, deeper contemplation and observation is necessary. For those who need support in the same, we offer the right guidance in various forms.

    The reason behind self-doubt

    The reason behind self-doubt

    The reason behind self Doubt:

Tamas guna, almost synonymous to lethargy or inactivity, when dominant results in excessive eating and sleeping, replaces ambition with self-doubt. Honest observation and guidance helps us overcome Tamas Gunn.

There are three major gunas or tendencies that govern the moods and thoughts of the body-mind-intellect mechanism. These are known as Rajas (over-activity), Tamas (inactivity) and Satva (neutral activity). In this video we will explore the tendency or guna of Tamas (inactivity).

How does Maya/Illusion keep us trapped?

How does Maya/Illusion keep us trapped?

This podcast deals with the climatic conditions of our body-mind mechanism from where the thoughts would come forth the tendencies as they call it or gunas, as they call it. There are three gunas which decide on what direction our thoughts, our decisions, our orientation or our mood be in.

Mind is a mechanism and the more we understand this mechanism, the more clarity we have around this mechanism, the more the mechanism is in our control or rather the more aware we are of how the mechanism is operating. And based on that, we can make fine adjustments in our living, in our Behavior, which would not keep us dependent on how the prakruti (Nature) operates.

The Video also shares about two tools which help us to get out the tendencies which are

    Right Knowledge

    Observation

I see you - a heartful way to greet

I see you - a heartful way to greet

I see you is a way to greet; to greet everyone; to acknowledge everyone in their fullness; to acknowledge everything that they are, their entire expression.

    I see me.

    I see the pain,
    I see the struggle,
    I see the wound,
    I see the Muggle

    I see me.

    I see the fear,
    I see the vulnerability,
    I see the games,
    I see the blames.
    I see me.

    I see the roles,
    I see the doer,
    I see the non-doer,
    I see the seer.
    I see me.

I see the I in me.
I love the I in me.
    I see me.

    I see you.

    I see your pain,
    I see you struggle,
    I see your wound,
    I see you Muggle
    I see you.

    I see your fear,
    I see your vulnerability,
    I see your games,
    I see your blames.
    I see you.

    I see your roles,

    I see your doer,
    I see the non-doer,
I see the seer in you.
    I see you.

I see the I in you.
I love the I in you.
    I see you.
    I see you.
    I see you.
