My podcast is where I speak from the heart, and where I’m vulnerable and encourage others to be so as well. I intend to leave the listener feeling enthusiastic about their own lives through my personal stories, struggles, and triumphs, and other people’s stories of surviving and thriving despite heartbreak and hardships. I’ll definitely be including “fun days” when I bring in a friend to just be silly with (aka Play Dates!), and I’ll create challenges that inspire action toward healing through mindfulness and self-care to clear the way to write your own Hero’s Story.
Please join me once a week for reflection, stories, interviews, challenges, a laugh or ten, and just a bit of the good stuff.
