Snatching It At The Root Walk Upon A Journey

    • Självhjälp

In today’s society folks are carrying loads of emotional pain and trauma, for various reasons a protocol has been set for men, women, as well as children and because of the social norms that plague our society, pain and trauma is being swept under the rugs of life in a masking attempt to seduce the minds of the afflicted distorting the thought process.

Different people, from different walks of life, different souls, silently crying out for help displaying different forms of pain. Rather it’s a mother or father that has to witness their child being zipped up in a black body bag or a child that is forced to grow in the pain of an absent parent, pain is pain, and someone is carrying it.

A sibling that has no knowledge of what it’s like to live without their sibling, carrying the load of emptiness because they’ve gone over looked and folks soon forget they loss something and suffered as well.

An elder Man/Women that has held the backs of the entire family yet get overlooked when they're in need.

Perhaps the afflictions of childhood trauma of any kind.

The countless men, women and children that are being abused, mentally, psychically, emotionally, spiritually & financially.

Pain is Pain, Trauma is Trauma it doesn’t matter what it is masked up to look like. Until folks stop sweeping things under the rugs of life and begin to call it by name. Trauma and pain laid beneath the surface will continue to lay dormant.

Being courageously willing to dig in and understand that you can not begin the healing process by beginning the pruning process at the top of the tree. You must start at the root in order to become free from the things that a crippling your growth.

Men, Women and Youth should not have to suffer at the hands of a poorly structured blueprint designed to keep people stuck in an illusion that they deserve to be afflicted by anything or anybody.

Although know-one should ever have to suffer, unfortunately it happens but now it's time to get better, because you deserve better.
