Imagine your energy pouring out from you into mother nature (if you can't visualize well, like me, then feel the energy or sense the energy). After you've connected in a way that suits you, say the following prayer “I release this tension, this anxiety, this negative energy that does not serve me or my highest purpose unto you. I receive in your beautiful white pure energy full of love, abundance, peace, and tranquility. I allow this energy to flow through me, cleanse me, and ground me as I come from gratitude and love.”**
