In the podcast it referred to black Gangs such as the Cribs and The Bloods which is Why the white racist host was horrified at the very thought of that right now in L.A. County and possible Orange county fully Gang members with tattoos and all even F.B.I. is aware of this they are a Law unto themselves , the scary thing is that it's mostly Latino, maybe later they will use blacks I don't know but right now it's Latino not Blacks
