Best strength podcast around

When I have a problem with my training or just want to learn more about my training in general I go to Chris Duffin. He is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the business, he really knows what he's talking about. Duffin brings on a lot of other credible people who also know what they are talking about who I maybe wouldn't have discovered otherwise. All in all I have nothing bad to say about Duffin or his podcast. 5 stars without a doubt!
