When events at the Crimson Carnival take a turn for the worse, four strangers come together to protect the innocent, drink wine, and attempt to identify what a hedgehog looks like.

Rozina, Tizi, Murtaugh, and Tristan face questioning from the Sheriff of Strova after a shocking murder.  The plot thickens as the victim’s body is examined, angry mobs form in the streets, frog legs are consumed, and potatoes are most certainly not peeled.

Arriving at the Crimson Sash Carnival, our heroes continue their investigation, learning more of what happened to Lady Helena Antonovic after they parted ways.  Carnies are interviewed, crime scenes are ruined by needless theatrics, and the mystery deepens further…  A somewhat brief episode this week, as both Justin and Anthony were feeling under the weather- so don’t be surprised at how quiet they are this time around!

Our heroes take on an angry mob and match blades against a sleazy nobleman as tensions between the locals and the Amaranthi. Also featuring the world’s shortest climactic footchase!

The gang meets Rozina’s beloved Uncle Theo and enlists his help in the murder investigation. Ill tidings from the nearby Corpsewood imply an even greater danger is looming over Strova.

With Theo’s help, the party takes another crack at the murder scene.  Afterwards, our heroes head out to attend a funeral for their fallen friend held at St. Criswell’s Holy Church of Adelos, where they encounter a mysterious stranger.
