How much TV or online videos do your children watch? What is a healthy amount?

In this episode Teddi talks about the reasons why she opted for minimal or none at all TV time for her children when they were young.

There are no right or wrong answers, only outcome. An outcome-focused parenting always falls back on our values as parents.  When we know what our values are, it is easier to know the outcome we want, not just for ourselves as parents, but also for our children and their general well-being.
