Mentioned in this episode: Coaching Hidden Dimensions Course™ Level 1 Facilitated by Dr. Aman Gohal (LinkedIn)

During the Coaching Hidden Dimensions™ level 1 session coaches will be introduced to basic concepts of the shadow and how this form of inquiry can support powerful questions and Presence in coaching.  First, there is nothing wrong with you and the shadow is not “bad”. We all have shadows. However, when we are unaware and have not integrated the shadow as a friend on the path, the ego will be overtaken by it. Shadow inquiry™ can help anchor past patterns for present to future transformation.  It is not the role of the ego to transform and without Coaching Hidden Dimensions™ that illusion remains. This is not a program of “fixing”, “developing”, “healing” or “attaining” it is one of loosening through remembrance, acceptance and integration. The approaches can be used at any stage or phase of development for deeper reflection and questions with clients. Spiritual teachers, learning and development, people practitioners are welcome. Coaches will receive 24 ICF CCEs.
