Often times we say that love is a verb or love is an action word. That is true, but when we say it we don't say it connecting it to our self-love journey. We say it to prove that other people love us or don't love us. So this episode I am posing the question, can you really say you love yourself based on your actions towards yourself? On this episode I break down five life aspects, where you can display self-love actions using myself as an example. Following a God given dream is a short episode that offers aa word of encouragement. God gives us dreams, not the kind of dreams you dream when sleeping, but a dream about something you will become in future or something you need to achieve. ThandoLwakhe Podcast aims to help women heal from painful and traumatic experiences through sharing their stories anonymously. All women go through harsh situations, but not all women have someone to share their emotions with. I believe talking about it does help. Not because people will give you solutions, but because you get to let it out and offload. The fear of being vulnerable and judgment has kept many women in pain and lead to depression. This podcast also gives other women the opportunity to hear that they are certainly not the only ones going through the most.
