    Cheers to Growth

This episode was hidden in the archives and is dated back to 2019. I decided to still publish it to exemplify my growth and to finish what I started. I have struggled with this idea and podcast and I have also grown in the process. I stand by my thoughts and opinions, and even more so I'm grateful to reflect back. Now moving forward we're going to move forward to 2021, post pandemic and post intentional healing. I look forward to this ride and I'm grateful for you taking it with me. I am Shani Sweets, the sweetest thing in your ear and anything other than that..That's Not Me!

Are you married? Do you have a daughter?

Are you married? Do you have a daughter?

This episode is the first of so many to come and particularly this story has stuck with me and has helped encourage me to portray the best me. The things that go down in the workplace sometimes make me wish my dm's had just as much action but let's be clear all action isn't good action. With that being said we are going to discuss the disrespect, the misconceptions, and misunderstandings of nine to five workers trying to figure out their own life while making a little coin. The workplace is one of the main places where people try to project their assumptions of you into the atmosphere but that's not you, right? Me either. Welcome to That's Not Me, Sincerely A Sweet Black Girl.
