The B-Review Killarney Cream Ale-Manitoulin Brewing Co‪.‬ RedTooth Podcasts

Don't mind us we had a long day!
Manitoulin Brewing produces their Killarney Cream Ale in small batches using local honey from the Mindemoya area. The ale pours bright golden in the glass with a creamy white head. It bears subtle honey and biscuit malt aromas and flavours with a balanced crispness on the finish.

Blair, Nishin, and Joet are three guys from the North, living in the North and wanting to give something back to the North. The guys have been around the world, done some crazy and wonderful things, but live here because this is their home. And with home comes comfort and care. Which is what we put into every one of our recipes. And hops. Definitely don’t forget the hops. And maybe some malt. Also, water.
This an adventure we’ve undertaken and we don’t know where it will take us. But it’s the beginning and so far it’s been a crazy ride. We look forward to creating new beers for you, with you, and meeting the people that allow us to do this for a living. If you’re in for a long relationship, we’re willing to commit. In all seriousness, we look forward to seeing the MBC brand reach across Ontario and beyond. In all non-seriousness we look forward to seeing the MBC brand reach across all of the planets and any big moons that like delicious, tasty beers. We just need to figure out delivery costs.
Cheers to all of you out there that support MBC and craft beer in general. We hope you get to know us, our Island and what it means to all of us. Come visit and have a beer and a smile. Otherwise we’ll tell stories with each of our beers and we hope you’ve got the ear to listen.
