In this episode, I continue the journey through Organisational Culture and what it looks like moving forward. We talk about 3 pillars of culture moving forward: Learning, Ubuntu & Philosophy. These 3 pillars will be a part of powerful culture moving forward, based on the context of the ages we are moving into. This also starts to highlight how we collaborate management and leadership, to increase the effectiveness of an organisation.

In this episode, I start a conversation about what the future of work could look like. I present a theory of the future of work and the clash of 2 opposing ages. I also talk about how the future of organisations will go through a ‘cleansing phase’ where organisations that don’t evolve with the change of age will start to fade and a new emergent elite group of Organisations will establish themselves. In this episode we start to go further into the heart of the organisation (culture) and how to bring it to life. I talk more about the Management Split - which is the difference between the old style (authority) and the new style (responsibility) of business management & leadership. The intention here is to start connecting ‘how the modern organisation works’ with ‘our ability to manage an organisation’ so that we can build bigger, better, faster, harder and stronger organisations of the modern day! In this episode we dive further into building a winning culture. I go over the biological references to the modern day business and how we start to use that to shape what a culture could be. A lot of what used to work needs to be updated, so this is the second episode of a few that will be all about this!
