Talking about Grief is not exactly a conversation we’re always psyched to have, we just ignore it and “hope” everything will be okay and try to stay tough "hard guy". This method of approach towards grief does not allow us process our emotions deeply and has even greatly affected our grief culture, a lot of us don’t even know what to say or how to be there when someone loses a loved one.
This week marks a year since we lost an amazing friend and sister. For chinedu, his only sister. It’s also been a year since the Lekki massacre, alot of us are trying to forge ahead
