We'll explore the physical and psychological impact of restrictive diets, and discuss the negative language we use when it comes to food. But it doesn't end there - we'll also unpack the prevalence of unhealthy food choices and the addictive nature of processed foods. 
 
However, there is hope! We'll explore a path toward true health and nourishment that goes beyond calorie counting and guilt. It's about embracing a holistic approach and listening to our body's wisdom. I'll also introduce my Nourish Me for Life program, which focuses on mindset as a key element in finding freedom from destructive eating habits.
